Matchups and machines are generated based on number of strikes after round 1
3 Strike group knockout format - byes have been eliminated
4 Player match - Top 2 scores are safe, bottom 2 players get a strike
3 Player match - Top score is safe, bottom 2 players get a strike
Groups of 2-4 will play on a machine, extra balls can be plunged, once plunged the flippers can not be touched
There is no dead saving/bounceback saves during tournament play. Doing so will result in an automatic strike.
Winner gets 70% of the entry fees
Second place gets 20%
Third place gets 10%
